Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication in the Ellucian Customer Center

Click on the provided attachment for the Ellucian instructions on setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in the Ellucian Customer Center.  As of August 2025, Ellucian requires all users of the Ellucian Customer Center to establish MFA in order to access the Customer Center. 

 

Three MFA options are available: 

 

  • Okta Verify app
  • Google Authenticator app
  • Email Authentication 

 

Note:  Email verification is the only method which does not require a smartphone.  Okta Verify and Google Authenticator require the user to download and install the app on a smartphone. 

 

 

The attached FAQ below will provide helpful information on setting up MFA.
